Looking at the history of German-Russian political diplomacy, the collapse of the siege of Prussia by France, Austria and Russia due to the enthronement of pro-German Pyotr III in the Seven Years' War, the victory of Prussia, and the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk in World War I There have been several diplomatic revolutions, such as the disappearance of the Eastern Front and the avoidance of Germany's two-front war due to the German-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact in World War II, but is this a coincidence? In the 1970s, when the Cold War rekindled after the war、West Germany was the only one with which the Soviet Union maintained friendly relations among Western countries. Is it the result of Eastern diplomacy by the Social Democratic Party governments of Brandt and Schmidt? Is it the result of Genshar diplomacy? In contrast, the number of war deaths in the 1416 days of the German-Soviet War in World War II and the terrible scenes of ignoring international law cannot be called a very pro-German tendency. I would like to see that a pro-German tendency has been formed in the new Russia since independence from the Kipshak Khan country or clan and the anti-German tendency as its reaction has also been accompanied.
