当研究所は世界史研究所ですが、諸葛孔明コンテストを主催する組織でもあります。欧州の主要外国語のドイツ語、フランス語、スペイン語、イタリア語、ロシア語を必須で科すだけでなく、一般教養全般、テニス1セットマッチ、ピアノによるショパン演奏、ラーメン二郎大盛り野菜増し増しも科す前代未聞の内容です。開催が決まりましたら随時お知らせしますので奮ってご参加をお待ちしてます。優勝者には100万円の賞金を予定しています。さて、今回のクイズですが、表紙の日独伊三国同盟のベルリンでの調印式は１３時からでしたが、東京ではそれに合わせて祝賀会が外相官邸で行われました。そこで問題、東京での祝賀会は何時から行われたかをお答えください。これは地理でやる項目でした。ちなみに、ベルリンはグリニッジ標準時➕1時間で、日本は明石標準時で東経１３５度です。
