Our institute also publishes specialized papers from time to time. For now, we are planning to publish specialized papers related to the following issues because it is the center of activities related to World War II. One is how Portugal saw England from August to September 1940. This is very important in comparing with Japan's response at the same time. It is said that one of the reasons why Franco in neighboring Spain, who respected the Portuguese dictator Salazar, did not declare war on Britain even though he was so pro-German, was in the judgment of Portugal. What the report from the embassies of respective countries in London to the home country was like, how we saw the UK, and these will reflect the way they deal with Germany. Did you see that Britain is no good anymore, or if you move the main target of the air raid to London, it shows Germany's inferiority in the air battle, so do you see that Britain will not surrender? I will elucidate these by going on a business trip to the archives in Lisbon. The other is an attempt to seek the source during World War II, thinking that friendship is impossible even though the current friendship between France and Germany is less than 10 years after World War II. The two world wars were solved mainly from the interaction between the Vichy government and German officials in Paris from the awareness of the problem that the ground sinking of Europe itself may have sprouted in both Germany and France during World War II. Ribbentrop's subordinate Abetz, Himmler's Oberg SS General, Heydlich and Schellenberg’s Knochen, etc. appeared, and our institute is easier to do such tasks as are very difficult to do in Europe. I'm preparing for completion of the article with vigor and ambition. These specialized papers will eventually reinforce the fact that World War II, which is advocated by our institute, is not a war that has been decided to lose from the beginning, but one that was to be decided to win on the Allies’ side due to grave mistakes in policies and judgments in individual phases mainly on the Axis’ side.
