As I introduced in my blog (6),I have already published three e-books of "The Secret History of the Tripartite Treaty", "Ribbentrops" and "Neutralities", but we are still publishing some e-books related to World War II. In the first half of this year, the work of specialized papers will be the center of our activities,so they will be published after that. All books do not change the Institute's basic attitude towards World War II. It can be said that the result was not a war that was decided from the beginning, but mainly because of the blunder and lack of determination on the Axis side. In particular, Japan proceeded to confront the southern invasion and the United States on the premise of Germany's victory in Europe, so the Allied side would have had a different feeling to Japan compared with that to Germany. Therefore, from August to September 1940, until the conclusion of the Tripartite Treaty between Japan, Germany and Italy, was the decisive time to determine the premise of this German victory. This is a little too professional to deal with in e-books, so I will deal with it in a specialized paper, and I will take a short break from e-book publishing.
